Creative Circle 3 isn't your everyday conference. Don't expect the usual pitches, on the contrary, we serve you 6 stirring talks on the future of media in which you can join the conversation (that we hope you do). Each talk has a VRT Sandbox project as starting point.

Prelude to the Sandbox sessions is a meet en greet with a group of Danish front-runners in media innovators. On Wednesday 27th of April a group Danish innovators will bring a visit to VRT. This visit is part of their The Digital Innovation Tour in North Western Europe. This initiative will be looking for partners in around Europe for an inspiring digital event with presentations on the newest, successful digital initiatives from the hosting media company.
This is a good opportunity for our projects and partners to benchmark their cutting edge technology or service. But it is also a good opportunity to get inspired, since all the participants are digital front-runners in the Denmark media industry, mostly big media companies, with many, innovative digital solutions.
Luckily, we'll do more than just talking! We've prepared several demo setups that give you a clear insight into the project results.

News in the classroom with Moovly
Together with VRT News we created an animation video using the Moovly platform. We performed field research in the classroom to discover how youngsters deal with news content.
IP Production in the Live IP Project
The Live IP project's goal is to build and operate a live TV production studio with state of the art IP-based and IT-centric hardware and software. In the third phase of the project, a remote production of a panel discussion was delivered successfully.
TV enrichement with Appiness
Appiness created an app called Spott, enabling users to quickly find the products they see on television. Soon we'll do a testrun in programmes of VRT and vtm, the Flemish commercial broadcast.
Journalism in virtual reality with Fisheye
After a first Sandbox collaboration in April 2015, the production company Fisheye started a long-term relationship with VRT News. At CC3 you can experience the newest production, a story of an Syrian Oil farmer.
Production Flows with Limecraft
The amount of video and audio keeps expanding. While we're looking for a more clever way to manage all this media material, Limecraft has found the answer. They developed innovative production flows dealing with automatic transcription, video asset management and searchability.
Music For Life Interactive with Kiswe
Kiswe offered a solution to capture, stream and show live video of the charity event Music for Life. They allowed the organizers and users to share compelling moments of the event in an instant.
