TEST CASE @ VRT Sandbox sessions
In times of corona it seemed like a good idea to set up an interactive event in which start-ups and scale-ups could go into dialogue with each other about how they experience and overcome contemporary problems.
In collaboration with Sceenic, VRT Sandbox set up an online interactive event, VRT Sandbox sessions live. For Sceenic this was the perfect opportunity to test their recently launched online event solution with a test audience of over 70 people. Sceenic acted as coordinator of the event, allowing them to understand how the platform is experienced by the users. This way they could easily track problems and improve their platform.
The final result was very much appreciated by the participating start-ups and scale-ups. An abundance of positive reactions came out to the participants. In addition to the positive reactions, there was also feedback about the platform that Sceenic can take into account in its further development.
LEARNINGS
Innovative interactive technology gives access to perfect alternatives for setting up events, even when people are not allowed to gather together.
A big contrast with other videocall tools Sceenic the presenters and moderators have full control over the output (video start/stop, default image full screen, who you can see, …)
Problems within the platform were identified and have become food for improvement.

Onboarding should be automatic instead of manually one by one
