Sandbox goes Europe!

5 European research projects have been approved for funding by the European Commission! One of these projects is called MediaRoad and it focuses on transforming the current approach at VRT Sandbox into a replicable model, allowing for the growth of a European network and a strong innovating European media industry.

The ’MediaRoad’ project is coordinated by the EBU and is fully funded by the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation programme. It will officially begin on the first of September 2017 for a duration of two years, with a launch event to take place early October.
